I am posting this ad for all the bee keepers that have bees right now and need some tips for feeding the bees during the winter. Some of the things you have to do is that you need to is to close up the front opening and leave a big enough crack for the bees to come out when it gets warm outside. Next you need to insulate the top part of the hive. Look at the video that I have posted. Next made sugar candy for the bees to eat during the winter. With the temperatures too cold for syrup candy feeding is better. I mix 10lb sugar with 2 cups of water and stir it to make the sugar wet evenly and then put wax paper in a pan to make a solid shape. Put that sugar in the pan and let it settle for about 4-7 days. Once it is settled and hard you are ready to put the candy in the hive. Watch the video for better understanding.
